For the second year running, we are pretty chuffed with our Silage and how it has analysed (Geeks!). The proof is obviously in the eating and after late housing due to shed alterations to make more room for our expanding herd, our housed youngstock are thriving on it with growth targets easily exceeding expectations. Reseeding is certainly paying off with analysis of..(INSERT L826100) our aim to produce a Pedigree Aberdeen Angus which has capacity to grow and finish exceptionally off forage is being reached to its potential through simple forage intake. We want hardy, fertile animals with good feet and longevity, and we think excellent silage is the way to meet genetic potential.
